Product Information
We strive to display product colors, designs, and details as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings, photography, lighting conditions, and the handcrafted nature of certain products.
Pricing & Payments
- Product prices are displayed in the applicable currency based on your selected region or market.
- Chhoga reserves the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice.
- Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.
Shipping
- Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
- Estimated delivery time is 3–4 business days, depending on the destination.
- Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, customs clearance, festivals, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- International customers may be required to pay customs duties, VAT, or import taxes according to their country's regulations.
Returns & Store Credit
- Return requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.
- Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- All original packaging, labels, tags, and the original Chhoga badge must remain attached and be returned with the product.
- Approved returns will be issued as store credit.
- A continuous unboxing video is recommended and may be required to help verify and process a return request.
- Customized or altered sarees are not eligible for return.
International Orders
- International orders are subject to the return and store credit policy applicable to the destination and order.
- Customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched. Chhoga reserves the right to cancel an order before dispatch due to pricing errors, stock availability, payment issues, or verification concerns. If an order is cancelled by Chhoga after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email or WhatsApp.

All content on this website, including images, logos, designs, text, graphics, and other materials, is the property of Chhoga and may not be copied, reproduced, modified, or used without prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability
